Monkey About

As previously mentioned I tattooed nothing but monkeys at the Scottish Tattoo Convention with all proceeds being donated to Primate Conservation and I was pleased to raise a fair sum – almost £800 in fact. I want to thank all those who got monkey tattoos and donated towards this fund and I’m sure the primates will thank you too. Here are some of the pieces – all Japanese influenced as no one chose the Western style ones (perhaps I should have put them on a flash sheet instead of the separate frames). Ook!

and not done at the convention but photographed there is Bip’s Bjork Snub Nose Monkey which is all healed and looking better for it!

Shishi/Foo

Mr Watson was back again had a cover up of an old tribal piece, a tribute to his dearly departed dog Sophie – there is still more to go but I thought I’d put this up anyway….

Japanese Influence

Chris had a Japanese influenced dragon and warrior sleeve. I really enjoyed patterning the warrior in particular here.

Traditional Times

I have been not very good at keeping up to date on here so my apologies for that. I have however been busy at work and at the Scottish Tattoo Convention (I’ll post some photo’s from that later). Here , however are some of the more traditional western pieces I’ve done in the last week or so. I hope you like them.
